Evolvo Softs ("we", "us", or "our") builds mobile applications for Android and other platforms. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps").

• We do not collect your precise GPS location unless a feature explicitly requires it
• We do not access your contacts, call logs, or messages without your permission
• Content stored locally within our vault or locker-type Apps remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our Apps and their features
• Personalize your experience within the App
• Diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical issues
• Deliver and measure the performance of advertisements (where applicable)
• Respond to your support requests and feedback
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
• Send important notices such as changes to this policy (where you have provided contact information)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We process your data only for the purposes described in this policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate our Apps (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks). These parties are contractually bound to use your information only on our behalf.
• Advertising Partners: Ad networks such as Google AdMob may receive your Advertising ID and related data to serve relevant advertisements. You may opt out through your device settings.
• Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evolvo Softs, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: If Evolvo Softs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

• AES encryption for sensitive data stored locally on your device
• HTTPS/TLS for all network communications
• Secure storage practices for any server-side data
• Regular security reviews of our codebase and dependencies

Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Data stored locally on your device persists until you delete the App or clear its data
• Analytics and crash report data are typically retained for up to 12 months
• Support communications are retained for up to 24 months
• Advertising identifiers are subject to the retention policies of the respective ad networks

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers promptly.

Our Apps may use third-party SDKs and services. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect. We encourage you to review their policies:

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data
• Opt-Out of Advertising: Reset or limit your Advertising ID through your device's Settings → Privacy or Ads menu
• Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by uninstalling the App or contacting us
• Permissions: Revoke any device permission (camera, storage, etc.) at any time through your device Settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Post the updated policy on this page and/or within the App
• Notify you via an in-app notice for material changes where required

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
